Anna is a solo practitioner at the Law Offices of Anna Smith, where she practices in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy. Anna received her B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Economics from Utica University with a concentration in Finance and Pre-Law and a J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School with a concentration in Family and Elder Law. She was the President of the Finger Lakes Women's Bar Association in 2017 and is also a member of the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association, National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys, and the New York State Bar Association. Anna was also the Treasurer of the Finger Lakes Women's Bar Association from 2014 to 2016, the Secretary of the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association in 2020, Treasurer in 2021, and Vice President in 2022. Anna is currently the President of the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association.
