Anna is a solo practitioner at the Law Offices of Anna Smith, where she practices in the areas of Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 consumer bankruptcy law.

In 2008, Anna received her B.S., summa cum laude, in Business Economics from Utica University with a concentration in Finance and Pre-Law. In 2012, Anna received her J.D., magna cum laude, from Albany Law School with a concentration in Family and Elder Law.

Anna is also a member of the Central New York Bankruptcy Bar Association where she served as President in 2024, President-Elect in 2023, Vice President in 2022, Treasurer in 2021, and Secretary in 2020.

Anna was also the President of the Finger Lakes Women's Bar Association in 2017 and served as Treasurer from 2014 to 2016.

Anna is a proud member of the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York and the New York State Bar Association.
